14 and 15 Weeks

Sorry for the lack of blogging the last week or two, it has been even busier than normal. This post will probably suffer some as well because it is well past my bed time, but I wanted to post tonight because I don't know what we will be up to tomorrow and I know I won't do it on Sunday. Part of the busyness was that my Mom came down to visit for a week, which was a lot of fun. She helped, or should I say, I helped her paint Caily's room, which was a long time coming and now that it is done, I am so excited about it and it looks great. There are plenty of pictures from when she was down here, but she posted many of them, so check out her blog. We had lots of fun with her down here, it is great for her to be able to experience all that Caily does first hand.
Speaking of things Caily is doing, she is now officially on the move, she rolled over yesterday and today was quite happy about being able to get out of her tummy time when ever she wanted to. She also laughed for real for the first time on Saturday. She was lying on my chest and we were laughing at each other and I had tears in my eyes because it is one of the sweetest noises I have ever heard. She loves to stand and sit and struggles to sit whenever she is in a reclining position. We are loving every moment we get with her, even the fussy ones, I try to put in perspective.
Another exciting thing is that my sister is pregnant! I know exactly how far along she is because she is as pregnant as Caily is old, they made it easy on the new mom. Thanks guys and we are so excited for you and the little bean.

Fun times with Grandma who savored every smile given. Thanks Mom for coming to visit.

Mom and I enjoyed some time down at the river, as did Caily. She has this excited face that she does, which is mostly a wide open mouth with a hint of a smile.

Trying out her latest trick!

Hi Jody,
I enjoy seeing your blog and the pictures of Caily. She is a sweet looking baby. I love the picture of her standing--her legs are so cute! I hope everything is going well on the ranch. Come visit my blog sometime.
