Fun Times With Grandma

This past Friday, we went down to Rockport to visit with my Grandma for two days. It was a lot of fun to see her and to catch up with her some, I think that she enjoyed it greatly as well. We introduced Darin to playing dominoes and we played cards as well. It wouldn't be a trip down to the coast without heading over to Mustang Island to try to see the dolphins on the ferry across the canal and visit the Candyman. Darin and I also went for a stroll along the ocean, but Grandma stayed in the van because it was rather chilly. By the time we got back, both Darin and my ears were stinging from the cold wind off the ocean, but I loved it anyways. I miss the water and I always enjoy getting down to see the ocean and the palm trees.

I have decided that your blog is the most frustrating ever. Everytime I try to post a comment it tells me that it doesn't recognize me! and then loses the comment. So I will try again...to remember what I wrote the first time.

Thanks for taking the time to go down to visit Grandma. She was so excited about it when she talked to Dad and I know it will be a highlight of her time in Texas this year. And thanks for sharing some pictures. I must admit I had been checking your blog several times a day to see them...my only question is, where is the 18 week picture of my grandchild? You seem to have conveniently cropped these photos at shoulder height! Hmmmmmm...Love you! Mom
