I was going to post this last night, but the internet was down, so it will have to be this morning. I went to the doctor yesterday and everything looks great. Our little one is around 5 lbs. 14 oz, which is a good weight for her to be at, not too big or too small. Nothing has changed in terms of my cervix, which is good, since I need to hold out three more days. My doctor was funny saying, we will probably watch my due date come and go, so I will continue to expect this little one to come late and hopefully be surprised by her coming early.
Our church threw a shower for us this weekend, which was a lot of fun, I don't have pictures yet, someone else was taking them for me, so I will get them later. We were blessed by many people and I am excited for when she comes and we can start using all these fun things.
I really don't know what else to write at the moment, maybe I will write more later, but I wanted to give a quick update because I usually get one out on Monday and I didn't want to cause too much disturbance in peoples routines.

What's your due date? I'm thinking July 16th for some reason, is this right? I'm excited to "meet" your little one! Love you!
Thanks for the post Jods! You know us all too well....we start checking by noon on Monday, waiting to see what the doctor said this week and what you look like!
I am glad your due date is july 6 and not 16th(smiling at rachel) because it won't be too much longer and we will be seeing pictures of a little gal on the blog too! thanks for keeping us updated!

Looking good Jods. Man, what I would have given to be your size:) So glad that you are still doing well and all is well with baby. It is going to be rather humorous if you do go past your due date....It's kind of funny how our bodies work. How is the baby room coming????

July 3rd is a really great date for a BIRTHday. :-)
Maybe she will hold out til then. But you're right, your due date could come and go.....watch that happen!
Enjoy these last few weeks of quiet nights. And hopefully you're sleeping ok too, and not too uncomfortable.
My parents and cousin visited your church today. They are hoping to hear Darin lead worship, but said it was "youth Sunday" or something. They really enjoyed the message and pastor.
