I had my doctor's appointment this morning and the exciting news is that I am progressing some. I am no longer stuck at 1 cm, I am now 2 cm and 75% effaced and +2. My doctor tends to shake her head at me and tell me I don't follow any of the rules because she was expecting this baby to not even make it to 36 weeks, much less 38 or more. I am going in on Friday instead of next Monday because my strep B is going to run out on Saturday, so she is going to retake it. So, everything looks great, both baby and I are healthy, we will continue to wait and see what happens next.

What exciting news!!! That is great to hear. It won't be too long now. I do hope that for you...she does come early or right on time. You are looking good. Can't wait to see pics of this little one.
Yeah!!! She's almost here! You look great, Jody. Just think, in no time at all, you'll be holding her and the "grandmas" will be spoiling her!!!??! We love you and thanks for posting today!

I don't understand all of the terms you used, but I get the picture, it's almost time, how exciting! You, Darin and little girl (hey remember when there was a camper in your cabin with that name?) are in my prayers. Thanks for posting. I look forward to reading on Mondays.

yay, your precious baby will be here before too long! The end is in sight, the finish line is about to be crossed....well, just to being another race/adventure in life....parenting!!! Anyway, we look forward to hearing your "news" very soon.
