Well, you might have noticed the lack of blogging and that is because we were in Canada, visiting family. Caily and I went up a week early and Darin joined us for a long weekend. It was wonderful to catch up with a couple friends and family, and for everyone to get to know Caily. I didn't bring a camera because I knew that my Mom would do a great job at capturing the moment, but I didn't realize that I would have so many pictures to choose from, it is a little overwhelming. I just went through them all and it took me about 45 minutes. Needless to say, for one who is horrible at making decisions, it is almost impossible to pick. I think that I will post some and then hopefully I will have another hour somewhere, to pick through them. I don't know when that will be because Darin's parents are coming in tomorrow and I am sure that I will be quite occupied while they are here. Thank you to my family, Bea and Kim, it was great seeing you all and thank you for making time to see us and spend time together.

Thanks again so much for coming up and for coming alone with Caily. I know that it isn't easy to travel with one parent and a toddler but we appreciated the extended visit so very much. Getting to know Caily better was such a blessing....wonderful memories that we will treasure for a lifetime!

What a fun trip to see family. It looks so beautiful up there...and green! And my family loves bocce ball, we play it in the yard, the beach, at the river, etc....some are quite serious and bring measuring tape along. Even all the kids have gotten into it! What fun~
