I cannot believe that Bria is already four weeks old! This is a picture from when my parents were here, but I love the expression. I need to upload pictures from my camera, but if I wait for that, it might be even longer until I post.
Darin's parents came down two days after my parents left and we had a great time with them as well. They left on Tuesday, so we are trying to adjust to how life is going to look like now as a family of five, in a new house with Darin working a new job. There have been some interesting moments for sure, but overall things are going well.
Bria is growing bigger everyday and has such cute expressions. She has always smiled a ton and even giggled a couple times in her sleep. Yesterday Darin bent down to talk to her in her swing and she smiled a huge smile at him! So adorable and brings happy tears. She has been giving me good stretches at night, although we need to work on the daytime naps because I have been letting her get overtired and then it takes a bit for her to fall asleep.
I cannot believe how big all three girls are getting! Lexi is talking more and more these days and often has us all laughing with her antics. She loves to pick out her own clothes and dress herself, which results in many outfit changes throughout the day and some very interesting outfits. She doesn't tend to do things the same way every one else does and it is fun to watch her little mind at work. An example of this is that she loves to eat with the wrong end of her spoon or eat her cheeto in the middle first. Caily is into coloring and dancing these days. Her pictures and drawings are getting easier and easier to distinguish. She can write all the letters in her name, just not necessarily in the right order. She can be very sweet and loves to help out, especially in the kitchen. They both love to hold Bria and help her with her pacifier.
Hopefully I will get my pictures uploaded soon and that there will be more posts to follow!

Thanks so much for posting, Jody! I too love that picture of Bria. I told someone that my "arms are empty but my heart is full" as I try to remember each little hug and conversation with the sweet little ones. Hope you have a good week and we're praying for you as you "do" life as a busy wife and mom of three. You're doing a great job! Love you and thanks so much for the wonderful time while we were there.
I can't believe Bria is four weeks old already!! Where have the weeks gone. I have to agree with Trudy that my arms are empty but my heart is full. Missing all of my Texas sweethearts big time today!
