Fun at the River Walk

This past Friday, we met up with my Grandma and her friend Russell down at the Riverwalk. They are both wintering in Rockport-Fulton and were up in San Antonio for a day with a bus tour, so we met them for lunch. It was great to see Grandma and for her to meet Lexi and to see Caily, since she hadn't seen her since she was Lexi's age!

Trying for a family picture, which doesn't happen very often.
Grandma and Lexi hit it off quite well. Lexi showing off one of her new tricks of twisting her tongue.
Our attempt at a group shot didn't go over so well, since a certain two year old decided that going to stand by Mommy might just be the hardest thing she had ever done.
Daddy and his girls.
Darin and Caily were trying to catch pigeons, it didn't work very well, they aren't as tame as the chickens!

Lexi loved Grandma's ring and was quite enthralled with it throughout the meal.
It was a fun though too short visit, hopefully we will get to see her again in March when my parents come down.

They are growing up so quickly, Jody! We're really excited about the baby coming in August. Did you figure out a name for the puppy? I think it should be called Fudge. hahah.. It was the first thing that came to mind...
